Business Proposal Designer

Based in Palo Alto, the Business Proposal Designer will support the sales and publishing efforts of our client's Interactive Games department. Reporting to the VP, Worldwide Business Development, he/she will create visually compelling proposals for the Games Business Development team to take to partners like Amazon, Samsung, Facebook, Google and Microsoft

Scope and key responsibilities:
· Create inspiring keynote presentations that successfully positions the organization and its products; be thoughtful and strategic about the content being pitched and ensure that it aligns with the overall goals of the organization; have a balance of graphic communication and strategic marketing skills
· Tactfully navigate a large organization to source material for each presentation; be scrappy and collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to get things done
· Champion and create an efficient cross-functional presentation development process
· Be comfortable executing on specific direction while also being able to work independently, without guidance, to get the job done when time is tight and information is scarce

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Craft highly inspiring and beautiful keynote proposals that are both “on brand” and strategic from a sales perspective. (You “get” the business side and can contribute to what is being pitched.)
- Support a content sales team of three to four members
- Have a fluency in designing a variety of slides; from those that provide a brand “wow” to those that present pricing and financial information
- Be able to juggle the conflicting demands of being asked to push the envelope creatively while being receptive and responsive to taking specific direction from the executive team

REQUIREMENTS

- 3-5 years of “big brand” experience as an in-house creative at an online media or gaming company, or as a freelancer at an ad agency, production company, or similar
- Expert in Keynote – absolute MUST
- Experience supporting a sales team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and over-deliver day-in and day-out
- Excellent and efficient communicator (proposal writing, email, in person)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong business acumen and a passion for playing mobile games
- Available nights and weekends to drive projects to completion
