Business Operations Project Manager

The Business Operations Manager PM needs to be extremely organized, by handling a large volume of project simultaneously, and also work with discipline with our client's vendor partners.

The role is to assist the department with a variety of tasks including:
• Certification Support
• Communications
• Trainer Management
• Metrics and Reporting
• Webinar Support
• Multimedia & Webcast Teams
• Support Course Launch / Curriculum Creation and/or Updates
• Review all courses that are developed for Certification
• Ensure business partners are informed and knowledgeable on Certification

This Project Manager will coordinate and facilitate webinars, meetings, and conferences. He/she will also ensure agendas are valuable, input is received and captured to implement in into an understandable, next-step format. Budgets, professionalism with supporting vendors and creative elements to support the training needs will also be monitored by this person.

Candidate will also handle ad hoc requests, and ensure monthly and quarterly data is correct to be reviewed by the Manager Director. They will collaborate on the metrics and how they are reported, by developing additional summaries (i.e. executive summary). Lastly, the Project Manager will work directly with the curriculum managers to evaluate needs and strategize on new training initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree is required as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role. Automotive/Dealership experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presence in front of the customers and managers, and organization will be key in finding the ideal candidate.
