Business Manager - Origin

This position will be responsible for the successful creation and roll out plan of new programs that focus on acquiring and engaging high value audiences. The role is focused on strategic planning across the whole business. The role will work with product, game and marketing teams across the company to ensure the success of programs / tools focusing on acquisition and engagement. This role would focus primarily on mobile but would span across PC and console.

The role will require excellent relationship building, project management, analytical, reporting and presentation skills. A deep understanding of acquisition, engagement and monetization mechanics and tools is a must as is a passion for gaming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Analyzing market trends to ensure the product teams are developing the most useful and relevant tools for acquisition.
•Strategic planning of potential new plans and programs focusing on acquisition and engagement.
•Align game and marketing teams to help leverage new mechanics and tools being built out.
•Work closely with product managers to ensure tools are being delivered on vision and are kept to agreed-on scope.
•Set up and deliver agreed on integration plans for game teams to adopt new tools.
•Work with analytic teams across the business to present successes and results on a regular basis to leadership.
•Drive optimal user experience and consumer journeys across all acquisition and engagement flows.
•Influence and drive negotiations with all levels of management to ensure Origin marketing needs are met.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience in working in product / game development (mobile a plus)
•Advanced project management skills
•Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
•Experience in working at a global level across multiple teams.
•Detailed understanding of products.
•A strong understanding of AEM tools and functions.
•Experience in subscription programs.
•Experience with building out marketing programs focusing on acquisition of new audiences.
