Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client's Relationship Marketing Business Intelligence Team is looking for business analyst candidates for their OEM Team. This team drives strategy for business growth, customer management, and resource optimization in our client's Public segments. The business analyst focuses heavily on data driven growth opportunity identification, resource optimization, and account targeting. This team is tightly integrated with brand management, channel marketing, finance, corporate strategy, and sales teams.

Responsibilities include:

-Identify whitespace in the market and optimize sales investment & focus to meet and exceed financial goals.
-Help set strategic direction for sales, finance, and marketing, while providing tactical support to each.
-Drive customer and market insights, communicate opportunities, optimize resource deployment, and report performance against a variety of benchmarks.
-Develop and maintain the market universe (accounts, buy powers, lines of business, sites) and track revenue against that universe.
-Analyze performance against the market, perform ad hoc analysis around timely topics/critical issues, identify the largest potential growth opportunities, and communicate this analysis in a coordinated fashion to sales, finance, and marketing.
-Provide insight to sales directors around individual sales performance, respond to requests for account information, and work to optimize sales resource alignment (Acquisition v. Development, Inside v. Outside).
-Operate as an honest broker providing insight around market size and growth, account ownership arbitration, and independent analysis on performance to executives.
