Our client; an independent creative agency, is seeking a savvy Business Development Manager to join their team.
This agency is located in Melbourne’s inner suburbs in a beautiful studio/warehouse conversion, you will be joining a family orientated team and flat structure. This agency has some strong established relationships with clients spanning telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, corporate, health & wellbeing, education and government.
Working closely with the directors and client service teams you will develop marketing strategies and sales techniques that open doors and drive new business wins.
You are a confident communicator who is not afraid of cold-calling or picking up the phone to have an engaging conversation with prospective clients, or existing clients who need some TLC to drive growth in the agency.
With your finger on the pulse you are knowledgeable of the creative agency landscape both locally and internationally, you know who is pitching and winning work and also know the current design and technology trends.
