YEAR LONG CONTRACT
The Sales Manager will develop and expand Hasbro’s business within designated categories with in the Growth Channel. Person will be responsible managing our toy collector based accounts and required to be in our Hasbro Providence office.
Achieve targeted objectives for revenue and profitability consistent with the annual business plan for brick and mortar and ecommerce.
Together with the current account manager perform business planning and actions to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Communicate sales strategies, company initiatives, sales campaigns and promotions to ensure sales and brand objectives are achieved.
Continuously review sales and trade marketing performance and customer satisfaction to ensure achievement of performance objectives.
Identify and manage customer’s current and future requirements.
Attend periodic marketing and sales reviews in preparation for customer presentations with respect to new product line and availability.
Plan and conduct business review meetings with customer to ensure customer is kept current on product line, features, and brand strategy.
Identify business opportunities for program expansion, as well as providing account with unique and profitable product offerings.
Provide monthly reports and other information as needed.
Responsible for accurate forecasting, business planning, administrative issues (i.e. established internal reporting tools), seasonality and trending analysis and cost of business budget management.
As the customer expert you will lead and direct cross functional teams to elevate the customers’ business internally, for example Account Support and Purchase Order Management.
Collaboratively develop sales promotions and exclusive product line cross functional teams (Customer Strategy and Marketing, Customer Business Management, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
Keep current on customer/competitor situations and generates plan to ensure market share objectives are achieved.
