Business Development Coordinator

Hours; 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by utilising your initiative and conducting appropriate research for leads. It is important that you are confident on the phone as you will be contacting all leads generated from various sources. You will need to ensure that the CRM system is maintained and updated accordingly by assisting with administration duties.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop yourself as a business development professional and progress.
Your main responsibilities as a business development coordinator will involve;
Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring regular communication takes place, their needs are understood and they are provided with the appropriate pieces of advice and information
Proactively selling our client’s services, offering a consultative approach to discuss the range of services and benefits
Working closely with the Business Development Manager to support effective planning and arrange appointments with prospective members
Proactively identify and eliminate any potential issues alongside your colleagues
Your key skills;
Knowledge of the business development process with the ability to sell and approach prospective business
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Excellent customer service skills
