The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new qualified pipeline for the Dynamics and Products. They will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with Field Sales Specialists and Dynamics Partners. They will leverage all available resources to generate opportunities and even develop new marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage, build relationships and follow up with customers touched by Marketing activities, such as events, webinars, Customer Immersion Experiences (CIEs) and the new customer nurture program
• Generate qualified CRM pipeline for Solution Sales Professionals (SSPs) and Dynamics partners
• Demand Generation: Develop, execute and constantly improve new marketing activities that will generate in additional pipeline
• Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
• Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers
• Work closely with partner community, coordinating partner engagement
• Support internal readiness campaigns by evangelizing the brand
• And probably many other things we don’t even know yet

QUALIFICATIONS:
• You have had a customer service job and are all about helping people
• 2-3 years of experience in the following area:
• Technology Sales
• Business Development
• Experience in selling complex products over the phone; (tele-sales / tele-marketing)
• Ability to establish credibility with Business Decision Makers and C-level executives
• Self-starter who is comfortable to take initiative and deal with ambiguity
• High energy and positive attitude
• Excellent communications skills, French a plus
• Ability to prioritize and mange time effectively
