Business Continuity Management Analyst

Our client, financially stable, well established and reputable in the automotive industry has an immediate need for a Business Continuity resource. The Assistant Manager of Business Continuity Management plays a critical role in identifying, developing and delivering projects, enhancements and fixes that meet the service and loyalty objects of our client. This is a 12 months engagement and Aquent offers premium benefits for all our consultants.

The role encompasses:
• Large program management of Business Continuity Management Program which consists of Crisis Management Plan, Emergency Action Plans, Technology Recovery Plans (Disaster Recovery), Business Recovery Plans (Business Continuity) and Contingency Plans
• Ensure that the client and its vendors’ Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are regularly evaluated, updated, tested;
• Serves as backup to the manager of BCM, assist in developing practices, policies and strategic planning for Systems Support
• Manage daily operations, facilitate data breach incident management for the business
• Directs resources through existing processes, ensure systems compliance with data security policy
• Formal project management of medium to large systems projects
• Drive solutions that meet clients’ internal and external customer needs

Qualifications
• Understanding of business systems, systems testing, technical and business writing
• Ability to document technical business requirements as part of program and project management
• Attention to details, reliable documenter and persistent in open issue follow up and business resolution
• Understanding and having previous experience with project lifecycle – pre-scope, scope, design, build, test, rollout and warranty
• Strong planning and organization skills
