Business Consultant/Writer - Healthcare

Our client is looking to hire a Business Lead/Consultant with Healthcare/Health Insurance Experience (REQUIRED). This individual may come from a marketing, business or healthcare background.

This Healthcare Business Lead/Consultant will work with management and other members of Value Based Delivery team to develop, edit, and revise departmental documents to meet established standards.
• Coordinate and Communicate program-related information to various forums and committees.
• Maintain internal repositories containing all relevant departmental documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging enterprise standards, operating procedures, regulatory and/or guidance documents.
• Primary role as part of the solution enablement team to create documentation, quick reference guides, FAQ’s, PowerPoint presentation for our clients.
• Understand specific client requirements and manage multiple projects in tandem
• Utilize best practice library document formats that are utilized as a standard internally by our Solution Delivery teams
• Assist with other internal or external documentation related tasks as needed
• Maintain an organized archive of all client documentation and processes with revision control as well creating templates for common tasks
• Identify areas of improvement (e.g. process, styles, formats) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven background in delivering quality documents, often with demanding deadlines
- Great keyboarding skills with ability to handle repetitive document writing
• Ability to be highly process-oriented with excellent listening skills to follow directions across multiple work streams
• Multi-tasking self-starter who can follow instructions and has the drive and organizational skills to manage across timelines and deliverables
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members across the enterprise
• Ability to multitask with strong time management skills
• High-level of attention to detail, high degree of quality and precision
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to learn new concepts quickly and manage multiple projects at once; comfortable with shifting priorities and schedules
