Business Communications Project Manager

Our client, located in San Francisco is looking for an experienced Business Communications Project Manager to perform work under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Communications. The position requires managing the development, reviews, approvals, production, tracking and reporting on various communications, materials and online content projects for healthcare provider education & communications needs. This position includes scheduling and supporting internal meetings. It also includes proper naming and archiving of materials developed for the purpose of ensuring brand and legal responsibilities (all under the direction of the supervising manager).

Responsibilities :
• Use a variety of software applications to help manage development, production, distribution, approvals and delivery of communications via multiple communications channels working with project teams and internal departments.
• Work with procurement department, using appropriate online tools, to manage production and distribution of postal mailings.
• Work with our client’s brand department for approvals and guidance during content development, as needed.
• Track and report status and/or completion of projects and objectives using designated tools/processes.
• Prepare and archive provider communications, reports and other materials according to project and/or department requirements.
• Schedule and project manage requested meetings, production and distribution of follow-up notes, as needed to support communications project management.
