Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Business Communications Project Coordinator to perform work under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Provider Communications, on the Strategic Integration & Execution Team. This is a contract position.

The position requires working cross-functionally with teams to coordinate the effective development and delivery of collateral and content for multiple communications channels. The coordinator will manage stakeholder reviews, approvals, production, tracking and reporting on delivery progress of various communications for direct mail, email, website pages, and other channels to meet content quality, brand and legal requirements. The responsibility includes proper naming, organization and archiving of materials developed for the purpose of ensuring brand and legal responsibilities (all under the direction of the supervising manager). The project coordination includes setting up project-related meetings, and creating and reporting meeting follow-up notes to project participants.

Our client is based in San Francisco and this role will report to the Sr. Manager, Provider Communications. Our client will require a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Use a variety of software applications to help manage development, production, distribution, approvals and delivery of communications via multiple communications channels working with internal project teams and departments.
• Work with our client’s procurement department, using appropriate online tools, to manage production and distribution of postal mailings.
• Work with the brand department for approvals and guidance during content development, as needed.
• Track and report status and/or completion of projects and objectives using designated tools/processes.
• Prepare and archive provider communications, reports and other materials according to project and/or department requirements.
• Schedule project-related meetings and manage production and distribution of follow-up notes, as needed to support communications project management.
