Position- Senior Analytics Consultant
Location-Stamford, CT
Start date- 8/1/16
End date- 12/2/16
CONTRACT Engagement
Work is to be done onsite. Remote is not an option.
Local candidates only please. Candidates must have current work authorization to work in the USA.
Hourly pay rate range- DOE

In this role you will:
• Measure and track the impact of on/offline marketing programs through various 3rd party measurement tools including proprietary databases
• Conduct analysis, preparing regular reporting, to generate insights for program recommendations and adjustment strategies.
• Conduct market segmentation analysis to support our campaign and program strategies
• Provide input on the appropriate structured method to test ideas for program adjustments or pilots. Conduct supporting analysis on test outcomes.


This contract is available due to significant seasonal needs for reporting analytics based on marketing calendar.
This client hosts symposium events around the globe and requires analysts to support that from a research marketing standpoint.

  • Require someone who can help produce all the reporting obligated to report to the sales and product counterparts around the country
  • Track on and offline marketing
  • Work with very large data sets
  • You'll be caught between dashboard reporting and manual reporting
  • Excel report production is key in this job. Will manipulate large data sets
  • Provide clean looking Excel reports for the stakeholders around the company
  • Candidate will do symposium season reports
  • Look at marketing programs pre and post symposia that need additional scrutiny and dig down into performance into what's working well and not well
  • Will be a lot of adhoc work for this person
  • It will be based on the data set and online tools like Omniture and Google Analytics website reporting
  • They love tests and they structure measurement programs
  • Candidates should not just be great with reports but good with "test and learn" programs. Candidate should be a whiz in Excel and can create macros and breathe pivot tables but can help guide in the right tests. Help them get clean performance reads.
  • Google analytics and Eloqua skills are key. Pull and run reports from Eloqua.
  • Ability to write macros and automate processing of large amounts of data that need to be processed
  • Marketing analytics experience is key.
  • Senior level to director level is key.
  • Must be able to provide recommendations and next steps from the data.
  • Loads of face-time with senior leadership required in this role. No wall flowers please.
