Business Analyst

The business analyst (BA) in Home Services (HS) Learning Operations will be responsible for the project management of multiple workstreams: including the design and development of learning content, rapid prototyping and implementation strategies, stakeholder/SME (Subject Matter Expert) management, and resource management. In addition, the BA will gather important data on HS In-Home Service Technician operations and compile it into reports that leadership and stakeholders can use. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Consult with Leader, Senior Instructional Designer and Instructional Designers to identify timelines and deliverables for multiple workstreams  Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meeting to keep all interested parties updated in project progress  Build relationships and trust with business stakeholders and SMEs within HS  Schedule and host frequent project management meetings and track key objectives and milestones  Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to SrIDs and Leadership and then follow-up on all results  Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions in consultation with Leader and SrID SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field  Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Critical Competencies  Ability to work in in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines  Business/ SME management  Problem solving skills  Builds professional relationships  Sets and achieves goals
