Business Analyst

This TOP social media company, head-quartered in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking a Business Analyst. This is an operational role with a strong analytical component and sits in Strategy, Planning & Operations team witihn Media Partnerships.

Duties: 
• Manage partner data set in Salesforce; perform analysis on data to ensure integrity 
• Create automated reports to track data quality 
• Make recommendations to optimize audit and QA processes for Salesforce data 
• Manage changes/edits to Saleforce accounts including bulk updates and be the point of contact for our team on all things related to Salesforce data 
• Build data based reports for internal reporting to track and analyze KPIs related to partners in Salesforce 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Media Operations that are downstream recipients of our Salesforce data 

Skills: 
• 3+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving 
• Experience manipulating data sets in SQL or equivalent 
• Advanced modeling skills Excel 
• Experience visualizing data sets 
• Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM 
• Ability to analyze data, and draw actionable insights to provide recommendations 
• Be a strong team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Detailed oriented and able to manage competing priorities 
• Salesforce Certification a plus 

Education: 
BA/BS degree or higher 

YOU MUST be available to work onsite in Menlo Park. No relocation offered.
