Business Analyst & Migration Coordinator

The main function of this business analyst & migration coordinator is to support the migration of indirect services support to Global Services. Responsibilities include project management, facilitating training, communication development, and management reporting.

Job Responsibilities: 
• Support the migration of indirect services support to Global Services by following the proven methodology to assess, analyze, enable, and train end users on the Global Services standard support model. 
• Ensure communications are well written and ready for distribution 
• Support then conduct training for end business users on how to efficiently and effectively leverage Global Services. 
• Ensure fine details of the migrations are executed accurately and master data is appropriated updated. 

Additional Responsibilities: 
• Develop actionable and sustainable reports and/or dashboards on activity for our internal team, business partners, and supported category teams. 
• Generate the monthly and quarterly Global Services Summary reports for our key business partners 
• Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. 
• Establish and document business processes. 

Skills: 
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• Public Relations experience 
• Business or Process Consulting background 
• Experience Training groups in sizes 2-100 
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time. 
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. 
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel; experience a must. Experience using Tibco Spotfire a plus. 

Education/Experience: 
• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, communications, or relevant field required. 
• 7-10 years experience required. 

- Provide communications support and enable the distribution of key internal messages using a variety of channels - Creates and executes communications plans as well as tactical plans for key partnerships and issues, this may include: speech materials; event briefs; writing articles for internal and external publications; assistance with Graphic Design process - Maintenance of external stakeholder presentations - Maintain image libraries
