Business Analyst – Human Resources (HR)

Our client company, located in Metro Milwaukee, would like to add a Business Analyst to their team. This is an on-going assignment with no set end date. You would be an hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose.

Here is what you will do:
Our client has an enterprise-wide project that will be implementing packaged software to be used throughout the company for all aspects of performance management (goals, reviews, feedback, etc).

The project needs a Requirements Lead with an HR background who will also be responsible for working with the business subject matter experts (SME) to document requirements. There will be a strong need to keep within scope when defining requirements.

Here is what you need to have:
- Previous experience in large project development of requirements using the Quest process – required.
- A background in HR.
- Ability to lead and coordinate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Have a process orientation.
- Prior knowledge of HR systems.
- experience working with large projects.
