Our Fortune 500 Broadcast Media Client in Coral Gables, FL is looking for a Strategic Solutions Lead / Broadcast Marketing Strategist to add to their project team. If selected for this role as a digital strategist you would be responsible for leveraging the full breadth and scale of Broadcast Media Client's assets (1st party data, properties, products, content studio, research and measurement) to create solutions and proposals that solve advertisers’ marketing objectives. Working as part of a team and aligned to the US Hispanic and Latin American market, this person drives revenue strategies for our client by creating effective solutions that are tailored to the needs of the advertiser and/or the broader vertical -- whether those be scalable, custom packages or unique large-scale partnerships. This strategist is the strategic extension of the sales front-line team, setting Account Directors up for strategic success with their pitches and client meetings. 

​Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to RFP’s (request for proposals)  for the US Hispanic and Latin America portion of the business by creating strategy for premium, audience, and native by completing media plans and strategy decks for every single RFP in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal partners across the sales organization (account directors, data & insights, product, property, editorial, ACT) to develop new offerings that are relevant to the perspective client's business and scalable on the Broadcast / Media network
  • Brainstorms with AD’s (account directors),  editorial and property teams to package and create editorial sponsorships and/or custom content aligned to client’s objectives as well as aligned to key Hispanic events/tentpoles
  • ​Develop pitch presentation materials for either client meetings, proactive pitches or RFP responses that compellingly articulate the value proposition of our US Hispanic/Latin American business and/or a proposed solution from a specific industry, client and consumer perspective
  • Utilizes the available internal systems to check inventory for placements, reserving of sponsorships and TO’s
  • Works with Account Managers on monitoring TO’s delivery to continue to adjust delivery numbers for Takeovers and on recommending best performing placements on past campaigns for new RFPs
  • Pulls insights from Audience Insights & Comscore to utilize in RFPs and Client Decks
  • Works with Account Strategists on creating and understanding Hispanic Audience Segments for major Hispanic events, passion points, and audiences
  • Articulates compelling story through audience segments and insights to show the power of our data
