Branding Coordinator / Project Manager

Our client, a technology solutions company, is looking for a Branding Coordinator/Project Manager for their Raleigh location.

This role will work with the Employment Branding team to bring the client’s employment/recruitment brand to life in the market place. This individual will be part of a focused team executing on an integrated recruitment branding strategy that both improves the ability of the client to attract top talent in hyper competitive talent communities and dramatically enhances their talent acquisition efforts.

This person will project manage the Employment Branding team. This person will also work on a variety of targeted projects to further our employment brand, including but not limited to writing and content creation, benchmarking, internal and external employment branding campaigns, event planning and execution, PR efforts, and social media. He/she will know how to communicate our employment brand with passion and emotion, and project manage a small team of creative people and projects.

This position will report to the Senior Manager and will be expected to collaborate with associates throughout the company and outside the company.

Required skills + experience
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, English, or Communications
• 1 – 3 years related experience in human resources, marketing, branding, advertising, and/or communications
• Highly detail-oriented and organized; strong, proven project management skills of creative people and projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to convey stories with passion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and outside the company
• Ability to act independently, learn quickly, make decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative environment with multiple projects and priorities
• Experience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team is a plus
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies is a plus
• A knowledge/interest in the technology industry is a plus
• A knowledge/awareness of global talent markets and/or global communications is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
· This is a 6 month W2 contract to hire position located in Raleigh, NC
· This position is not eligible for telecommute or offsite work
· This position is eligible for full benefits including a low premium, zero-deductible health care plan, 401(k) plan, dental and vision.
