Brand/Product Manager

The Global Product Services Manager, will be responsible for supporting the execution of product launches from ‘concept to counter’ by working with all cross functional teams and performing project management functions for the overall ‘concept to counter’ process. Flawless execution and management of this process is required to allow for strong innovation and speed to market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the project management of the overall ‘concept to counter. Ensure brand managers

deliver global product briefs and manage key milestones and content in product database.

Perform ongoing reviews that include delivering weekly reports on key risks and provide

recommendations for moving forward.

• Ensuring input of information into product launch management tools.

• Responsible for ensuring each step of the product launch process is completed.

• Manage bi-weekly Global Marketing Meeting (confirm agenda with GMPD team)

• Manage weekly risk meeting (highlight topics and help gather agenda items).

Job Requirements:

• Experience working internationally a plus

• Must have 5 years + product launch/management experience preferably within the retail industry

with at least 1 year related to global product launches

• Superior communication and analytical skills required

• Able to multi-task, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluid,

and matrixed environment

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook

• Passionate about the cosmetics industry

• Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office & comfortable with email communications​

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
