Brand and Communications Coordinator

One of our valued clients is seeking a Brand and Communications Coordinator for a temporary role. If the fit is right, the role will go permanent. Fluency in Spanish language is preferred.

The Brand and Communications Coordinator will support the communication activities to build & grow brand awareness & preference for this division's brands through cost effective media mix and market research to track & monitor brand performance.

Accountabilities are as follows:

• Represent the division in the global B&C forum acting as a focal point for collating and disseminating relevant global campaign material & guidelines.
• Assume central control of marketing communication content (material& messages) and delivery platforms to drive brand communications consistency across all the markets.
• Approval of marketing materials generated by distributors to ensure alignment of locally-generated initiatives with global Brand strategies, as well as elevating to Global teams any areas of concern or need additional support.
• Development and management of external communication plans & activities (newsletters, events, competitions, etc)
• Work with the global marketing teams in developing marketing communication material that is relevant for use within distributor markets through regular consultation with Marketing Managers & Distributor marketing teams
• Work with central Communications teams to develop and roll-out clear and specific ways-of-working within Distributor markets, ensuring that local marketing activities complement the Group communication strategy and effort
• Work with the global and local marketing teams to enhance the functionality and content of the Next Generation Distributor Portal to ensure that it continues to provide recent and relevant content, becoming a one-stop-shop for Distributors staff looking for company product, marketing, technical and sales material.
• Lead the implementation of division's digital strategy ensuring full alignment with global guidelines
• Work with regional PR agency to lead the implementation of Public Relations strategy ensuring full alignment with global guidelines and key messages. Conduct quarterly reviews of ROI and PR value generated by division.
• Act as the focal point for development and approval of all label and packaging requirements for the division portfolio
• Participate in Marketing Planning process within the division: development of Marketing plan, allocation of budget to initiatives and defining planned division activities
