Role overview 
We’re looking for a copywriter that can create succinct, compelling stories that both resonate emotionally and delight. You will be an integral member of a creative team, writing content for our websites, social media, and brand experiences with strong narrative foundations. You’ll work with other writers, strategists, creative leads and producers, and in particular, will closely collaborate with designers. As a writer on this team, you’re not simply an executor of ideas, but a driver of them. 

A strong portfolio demonstrating stellar writing chops and refreshing ideas required. Your previous work ideally includes marketing campaigns, short scripts, and/or social media work. You have experience writing for things that range in tone from thought-provoking to humorous, while always representing a brand’s core DNA. You’re able to articulate nuanced ideas in simple, accessible ways to a broad audience. You’re comfortable working in a constant state of iteration. And you bring enthusiasm to both the workplace — and the work. 

Specific areas of focus: 
Copy for various campaigns, websites 
Storytelling about key brand initiatives 
Idea-first thinking and concepting 
Collaborating with design partners 

Top Daily Responsibilities: 
Write in a voice that matches the brand language for websites and related campaigns 
Develop inspired communications across large project areas, often global in scope 
Brainstorm big ideas and approaches across multiple different platforms 
Synthesize feedback from multiple sources and iterate rapidly on mockups 
Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines 
Proactively solicit, manage, and address stakeholder input 
Serve as a steward of the brand voice, while also offering up inventive ways to give it new dimension 

Required Skills 
Online portfolio of work required 
5+ years experience as an agency copywriter working on digital or at tech company 
BA/BS with strong academic record 
Strong command of the English language with an eye for detail 
Ability to distill and articulate complicated issues in a way everyone can understand 
Excellent business acumen, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills — with experience interacting with senior-level executives 
Experience creating and maintaining brand voice 
Comfort managing stakeholders and working within deadlines and scope. 
Ability to adapt quickly and create solutions independently or collaboratively 
Positive and enthusiastic team member
