Brand User Research Analyst

​Our Fortune 500 Media & Entertainment Client is looking for a Brand User Researcher to add to their project team. 

We are seeking an experienced researcher who reports into the UX Manager and focuses on product research across our client's digital properties (e.g., owned and operated platforms, apps, social media etc.). If selected at the Research Analyst, you would work with the manager to translate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that drive product development and strategy.  This role will support our client's development of new products, conduct user research on existing products and functionalities, and inform redesigns. Also you would work with the Manager to create a library of insights, for the product team to reference at the end of each quarter to inform macro-strategy and new product development.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

  • Maintain product research calendar 
  • Qualitative Research: 
    • Work with Manager and product team to conceptualize project scope, objectives and methodology 
    • Design research materials (e.g., screeners, discussion guides, stimuli) 
    • Interface/Coordinate with research vendors for participant recruitment 
    • Conduct in-person UX sessions under the guidance of the Manager 
    • Analyze in-person and remote user sessions, and synthesize information to provide actionable insights to product and design teams 
  •  Quantitative Research 
    • Work with Manager and product team to conceptualize project scope, objectives and methodology 
    • Design research materials (e.g., surveys or intercept studies) 
    • Monitor data collection and analyze responses 
    • Interface with quantitative survey providers as needed (e.g., Qualtrics) 
    • Analyze in-person and remote user sessions, and synthesize information to provide actionable insights to product and design teams
