Our Client is seeking a true Brand Strategist with High Level writing and creative skills:
Roughly: Brand strategy. 60% creative 40% strategy

You ask ... What are the deliverables?

Working with a new client who is doing a rebrand, and they are going through the discovery and strategy phase, mission, vision, values, positioning statement, YOU would be doing this and the strategic direction but as they move from the theoretical “positioning statement” and turning it into a brand promise statement, or if it’s to present options on brand persona beginning creative, mood boards, sample copywriting, personality type, inspiration
.

What are your “Essentials”? Great creative writing, who can think big picture, big ideas, rather than being a clever headline writer, who can think strategically. CD Level 7 - 10+ years’ experience.

Some exposure to brand strategy – if they are from an ad agency they have worked on an integrated campaign, not just ads, but the online and offline stuff.

Present work to clients and be compelling when talking about creative work. Not manage people.


In this role, you will do the following:
- Lead the creative expression of brand strategy: purpose, promise, positioning and personalit
- Lead creative strategy for campaign messaging and development
- Participate in go-to-market planning for new brands and product launches
- Guide campaign planning and concept development with creative director- Contribute to long-term client creative vision
- Plan and facilitate internal ideation sessions
- Package agency recommendations — verbal and written — in a clear and compelling way
- Ensure the work is on-strategy, on-scope and well crafted
