A newly created opportunity is now available for a senior brand strategist with extensive retail or tourism experience. Join a highly successful, independent creative advertising agency in Melbourne’s inner city suburbs that work collaboratively to achieve outstanding client results!

Working closely with the Account Director & Creative Director on a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to work with a mid size team of advertising enthusiasts that LOVE what they do!

Key responsibilities:

Writing new business proposals and scoping research
Working with designers and copywriters on development of naming and identity
Develop advertising and brand strategy for various retail & tourism clients
Analyse complex/unstructured information and draw out simple, clear conclusions
Write brand and competitor audits
Workshop preparation, facilitation and analysis
Writing communications plans
Workshop facilitation, preparation and analysis
Communications planning
Extensive market and category trends analysis experience (local & international)
Write discussion guides
Uncover consumer insights from primary and secondary research
Conduct & analyse in-depth interviews, focus groups, vox pops
Design & analyse online surveys.

Desired skills:

Strong analytical skills!
Holistic understanding of marketing communications: branding, advertising, media & research
Strong qual/quant research experience
Proficient in Roy Morgan Asteroid
Excellent presented!
Natural relationship builder!
