Brand Specialist/Marketing Coordinator

Our client has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Brand Specialist in a contract capacity (3-4 months, and could extend). This individual should be smart, detail-oriented individual to help manage a multi-million dollar online commerce business unit. Specifically, this role is responsible for managing the day to day operations of client sales on client website. This role works with many cross functional teams such as marketing, in-store promotions and supply chain. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, comfortable working autonomously while also seamlessly working across the organization. This is an opportunity to help manage one of the biggest online business units which has a huge impact, building on the already significant momentum and success of the brand.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Builds and Maintains relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Manage inventory to ensure products are available to our customers and provide regular updates to leadership
• Managing the SKU setup process for both US and CA markets
• Monitoring site traffic, conversions, revenue and profits for the business unit
• Help trouble-shoot and problem solve when problems arise
• Ensure one-off orders are handled appropriately and develop processes for future instances.
• Initiates and leads appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Communicates activities with other business units, departments, and leadership on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for program

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word)

• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Juggles multiple priorities
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems in a high-energy, fast paced environment
• Good organizational skills, including prioritization and time management

0-1 years experience required. This job does not require extensive prior experience as many of the job functions are unique to the role and will be learned through on-the-job training. Project management experience desired.
