Our Client is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, detail-oriented Brand Specialist with strong communication, organization, and analytic skills. The Brand Specialist will play a critical role in helping manage the business of one of our strategic vendors.

This role is an ideal start to a dynamic career for the ambitious candidate who is eager to drive a business. The Brand Specialist will develop skills and work across all functional retail areas to grow and improve their partner vendor’s success.

The successful candidate will work across functions -- site merchandising, vendor management and in-stock/operations--to stimulate growth for her or his vendor partner. Based on data analysis, the Brand Specialist will make recommendations on marketing plans and demand generation while being responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing content on product detail pages and email campaigns. S/he will manage the day-to-day relationship with the vendor including prioritizing requests, identifying and selling marketing/merchandising opportunities, and troubleshooting all tasks related to the vendor. S/he will also be responsible for protecting the customer experience by ensuring their vendors’ products are in-stock and available for purchase at the appropriate price.

Other key tasks will include:
- Maintaining data quality for the vendor’s product catalog
- Coordinating and creating launch plans for new products
- Managing site placements and promotions to coordinate with the vendor’s event calendar
- Designing and executing targeted emails for the vendor
- Providing reporting and success metrics for campaigns and merchandising activities
- Reviewing sales and key metrics to identify areas of opportunity and providing recommendations to our vendor to help optimize sales and reach new customers

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelors degree
•3+ year online retail experience

Preferred Qualifications •Strong database and Microsoft Office skills
•Understanding of software and editing tools (including XML, HTML and Excel)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
•Proactive attitude, detail oriented, and a team player
•MBA
