Our client's Brand Center of Excellence is a group of marketing professionals responsible for building our global brand by increasing brand health, and making meaningful progress on the execution of key strategic initiatives as outlined in the Global Marketing Strategy, with brand as a critical enabler with the Enterprise Strategy.

As a Branding Senior Specialist you will be instrumental in leading a broad enterprise wide communications audit that will provide context to the overall state of the brand, globally. You will guide systems, processes and tools that will make brand easier for the organization. This is a unique and critical opportunity to demonstrate great versatility and ability to stretch across the corporation.

You will function as the first, detailed pass for brand integrity and accuracy for the governance of the brand across all media. Meticulously monitor and advise toward brand consistency (typeface, logos, and tone) in accordance with the already-established brand and regulatory guidelines. Manage day-to-day progress of creative and digital marketing initiatives to assure that they meet the brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity—internal and external communications, as it pertains to the brand. Assist in monitoring the brand health metrics.

Responsibilities:
• Lead global communications audit: Plays a key role in communicating brand standards, ensuring brand design execution, providing advice and guidance on maintaining brand image, brand standards, application and execution. Following up on comprehensive audit performed prior to the rebrand, this will be an annual or biannual process to gather work, analyze and evaluate how closely brand guidelines are being followed.
• Project management: Provide leadership and project management to drive cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. Build project timelines, partner with creative teams to meet project deliverables in scope, and ensure clear internal and client communications.
• Annual Scope of Work Development: Meets with and gathers marketing plans from all groups to forecast marketing to be done.
• Quarterly Business Reviews: Participates in evaluation and management of agency partners.
• Process management: Collaborate with the Brand team to create processes for brand governance. Ability to use tracking tools such as Media Bin and SharePoint to facilitate process creation.
• Implement systems, processes and tools to ensure brand consistency across the globe.
• Brand governance: Provide vital direction in evaluating creative work against established brand criteria. Identify and escalate questions. Demonstrate good judgment about what to ask and when. Facilitate approval response and reviews for all submitted marketing communications materials to ensure brand standards are consistently and uniformly applied.
