Brand Project Manager

The Store Brands Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all packaging work within the Store Brands organization. This role will report directly to the Director of Store Brands Packaging and will work closely the Creative Director, Merchandising stakeholders, vendor-sourced Project Manager’s and our Store Brands suppliers. The Store Brands Project Manager will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that all projects within their domain are both organized and managed properly throughout the packaging workflow.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organization
o The Store Brands Project Manager is responsible for working closely with merchant partners, packaging resources and creative leadership in ensuring that all projects are forecasted, planned, launched and delivered both on schedule and appropriately. This includes the management of the following detail:
• Forecasting creative and packaging projects
• Creating and managing to high-level project timelines
• Ensuring project launch timing is met
• Ensuring project expectations are clearly defined and communicated
• Work closely with the vendor sourced packaging team in meeting all deliverables

• Creative Partnership
o Working closely with the Director of Store Brands Packaging and Creative Director in the ongoing review of vendor-sourced packaging work
o Support the Store Brands Creative Director regarding the project management of creative exploration projects

• Management
o Responsible for holding the vendor-sourced project managers responsible for a project’s goals and timelines
o Responsible for ensuring internal stakeholders meet all deliverables based on a project timeline
o Responsible for acting as a backup to the Director of Store Brands Packaging when necessary.
o Work closely with the Director of Store Brands Packaging in problem solving all timeline and deliverable issues

Minimum Qualifications
o The candidate must have 3-5 years of project management experience
o Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
o Must be a self starter
o Must be a natural problem solver and facilitator
o Agency and Packaging experience is an advantage
o Must show accountability and ownership
o Bachelors degree required
