The Brand Production Coordinator supports the production of presentations, proposals, annual client reviews, prospect finalist presentations, marketing materials and other projects as required by management.

He/she keeps track of the department's supply inventory, coordinating with suppliers those steps involved in the order fulfillment and delivery processes. Maintains Filemaker database for tracking workload, supply usage and cost.

Main responsibilities include printing, binding and collating large-volume documents and working with designers on the basic PDFing of documents. Ideal candidate must be flexible to work later hours 10-6 or 10-7.
There will be overtime hours involved. There is a possibility this job will convert to a permanent hire.

Position Summary
Candidate enters, coordinates, tracks and closes requests for new and existing client communication materials. The primary responsibility is to ensure print production processes are followed, monitor mailbox requests, process and track communication jobs and manage issues related to the jobs. Cross-training and coordination with all areas of the Print Production team are a requirement. This position is responsible for project managing the print production for new and existing client communication kits. The primary responsibility is to oversee the print production processes, monitor fulfillment requests, and manage escalated production issues. Inventory management of standard items may also be required. '
Duties
Key Responsibilities Include - Work on projects related to job processing, coordination of communication materials and updates to system changes required to improve processes or fix issues. Monitor print production mailboxes; review, organize, process and follow through on all job aspects including but not limited to completed paperwork, online order system entry, proofing, email/fax/phone follow-up. Must provide status report each week of jobs in process, run additional reports from online systems as needed, monitor file reports and follow up with Account Management for resolution. Attend initial training for core responsibilities, cross-training on all print production procedures/processes and ongoing training for career path and development of guiding values. Must attend and sometimes facilitate required staff and project meetings, may also attend some client meetings via conference calls as part of the career pathing process.
