Brand Messaging Manager

The Brand Messaging Manager is primarily responsible for managing the creative development process with agency partners, including but not limited to the development and execution of creative briefs, creative material/concept development and production and timely delivery of materials as well as financial accountability of creative materials/production budgets.

Management of creative materials includes print, online ads, FSI/catalogs, TV ads, OOH, email, viral, other TBD. This role is the liaison with all consumer touch points (web, retail, collateral, events/trade shows, direct mail, PR, etc.) to insure consistency of message.

The role is responsible and accountable for messaging discipline and insuring consistency of creative elements so that business needs of the category and brand are met. Insure all materials are approved through legal, product and marketing management through adherence to a detailed approval process. Manage the production process to insure all departmental touch point needs are met. Lead production shoots to insure commitments are contractually fulfilled. Leading the agency to insure all campaign materials are on strategy to drive demand and achieve brand recall goals. Working with the Marketing strategy team to insure efforts are meeting target consumer's needs. Participating in and managing strategy sessions to create promotional programs that drive demand and build the brand as well as managing the budget for such programs. Soliciting input from product managers, sales managers, direct team, marketing management (including research) and product information managers in order to better build and drive programs. Other projects as needed such as high-level presentations of creative, business and marcom strategies to category/product teams.

Qualifications
• 4-6years related experience required
• BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required or 10 years related experience
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
•Strong communication and presentation skills(both verbal and written)
• Hands on experience with development and execution of creative briefs, creative material/concept development, production and timely delivery of materials and financial accountability of creative materials/production budgets.
• Experience management of creative materials includes print, online ads, FSI/catalogs, TV ads, OOH, email, viral, other TBD
• Liaison with all consumer touch points (web, retail, collateral, events/trade shows, direct mail, PR, etc.) to insure consistency of message
•Must be responsible and accountable for message discipline and insuring consistency of creative elements so that business needs of the category and brand are being met
•Ability to insure all materials are approved through legal, product and marketing management through adherence to a detailed approval process
•Manage the production process to insure all departmental touch point needs are being met
•Ability to lead company contact on the production shoot to insure these commitments are fulfilled.
• Lead the agency to insure all campaign materials are on strategy to drive demand and achieve brand recall goals.
