Brand Marketing Manager

Aquent is partnering with one of our coolest clients in Richmond, who has a need for a Brand Marketing Manager.

An ideal candidate will have:

Experience executing marketing strategies and leading the development of creative strategies and national campaigns.

Spent time managing agency partners and developing creative plans in coordination with business and media objectives.

Experience managing campaign creative development and asset production.

Partnered with business strategy and research teams to develop new campaign and test strategies.

Experience managing across a broad organization.


• Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Brand Media, Digital and Business teams to develop advertising campaigns.

• Manage and develop advertising plans and communications to meet planned objectives.

• Partner with Business, Strategy and Research leads to measure and report out campaign performance.

• Manage creative from brief to concept to production to in-market. Actively partner and manage delivery through agency partners.

• Develop solid understanding of financial services category and products, stay current with competitor and advertising channel strategies.

• Develop strong agency partner and vendor relationships.


• Advertising agency and/or large-brand experience, including experience in account management, strategy and production.

• Experience developing mass campaigns across a variety of channels including TV, print, digital, radio and out-of-home.

• Proven communication and influence skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business needs.

• Experience managing large, multi-channel budgets.
