Brand Marketing Acquisition Channel Manager

The Email Channel Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs in support of company and business unit objectives. Additionally, this individual maintains a current understanding of email marketing best practices and applies them to the execution of our email campaigns in collaboration stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

•Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
•Manages the creation and execution of promotional, lifecycle, and transactional email marketing programs to consumers.
•Maintain and execute on-going test/learnings and make recommendations for further enhancements.
•Collaborates across team (campaign manager, analysts, and digital operations) to design and execute programs in support brand and sales goals.
•Ensures accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications.
•Optimize marketing strategies based on past results, market changes and consumer insights.

Basic Qualifications and Core Competencies:
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•2-3 years of marketing communications, advertising and/or public relations work experience
•1-2 years of experience in digital and/or direct response marketing strongly preferred.
•1-2 years’ experience with a major ESP preferred (Responsys, Exact Target, Hub Spot, etc.)
•STRONG attention to detail and accuracy
•Passionate about emails and understand direct marketing concepts.
•Knowledge of HTML (preferred)
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•Ability and desire to learn quickly
•Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.
•Proactive, energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind.
