Brand Marketing Associate

Our client is looking for a Marketing Associate to be responsible for managing key day-to-day administrative activities for their brands. The ideal candidate will be able to manage projects from conception through execution, and will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be integral in creating an efficient workflow for the Marketing group, and collaborating across the organization to drive projects to completion.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities for the Marketing team across key brands including: budget administration, scheduling, research and workflow process.
- Help Brand Masters manage the prioritization, tracking and implementation of existing projects using the Confluence digital interface.
- Program, implement and analyze key consumer research projects using the SurveyMonkey interface.
- Manage legal/compliance/bank approvals on key collateral and submit for official sign-off and documentation.
- Optimize PowerPoint presentations and other recommendations for executive leadership and key retailers.
- Manage web, banner and other digital updates with guidance from manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in Marketing or consumer products
- Bachelors degree required
- Previous experience managing workflow process, budgets, internal legal/compliance approvals
- Self-starter with strong collaboration skills
- Strong project management, problem solving and interpersonal skills including influencing and resolving conflict
- High level of energy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
