Under direction of a Brand Director, the global Brand Manager is the consumer and product expert. Your main focus will be leveraging consumer insights to build cohesive and actionable category marketing plans as well as to define product strategy for the portfolio of your brand(s).
Partnering with internal and external resources, you will develop and execute integrated programs, including advertising, promotions, and public relations with an emphasis on connecting with the consumer through digital and TV advertising.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Global Brand Marketing:

  • Develop integrated global consumer communications strategy:
  • Develop extensive category plans for the brand(s), ensuring the brand has a meaningful long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth.
  • Assist with analysis of product, brand and category performance and research.
  • Develop primary communication assets for global TV advertising, PR, online and mobile

    Create go-to-market template to deliver global marketing to regional level:

  • Provide timely, consistent communication and delivery of key brand assets to internal business partners.
  • Oversee regional merchandising activities relative to category plan.

    Global Product Development:

  • In this critical opportunity, the successful incumbent will partner with cross-functional teams (design & development, packaging, engineering, costing) on all phases of product development:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow a higher margin business.
  • Drive product innovations to better meet consumer demands.
  • Develop overall go-to-market product strategy.
  • Partner with global supply chain to identify programs to decrease development costs and gain efficiencies where applicable.
  • Maintain current knowledge of modern manufacturing trends, technologies and competitive practices.
  • Collaborate with global brand strategy and marketing team in the development of all exclusive products.
  • Become the global insights expert for your segment and leverage learning across product lines
