Title: Brand Manager II - CPG Channel Development
Location: Seattle
Duration: 6 months, starting Feb 2014

We are looking for a Brand Manager to manage the entire product/brand portfolio in CPG Channel Development. This person will work with retailers/grocers like Whole Foods, Costco, Safeway, and QFC to introduce a new product portfolio. This is a very exciting opportunity to introduce a new brand into a new category.

Responsibilities include:
- products portfolio, product advertising
- business strategy and reporting - gain insights from data to say what's going on, what are the key drivers, translate that into action for business - brand strategy (33%)
- Portfolio mgmt - includes innovation and SKU rationalization - where our innovation is headed, what we need to review, adjust prices and assortment (33%)
- marketing - figuring out what tactics are working well, what we want to move forward with, what our plan looks like, helping write creative briefs, reviewing creatives from agencies, roll out to retailers. (33%)

***Mandatory MUST HAVE***
- retail or CPG background, ideally as a brand manager or higher - managing a team.
- experience working with grocery channel - HUGE PLUS

Ideal fit:
- Manages lots of different requests at the same time - from internal, external, cross-functional, and leadership
- Ability to prioritize under a lot of stress
- Ability to develop relationships and have a good open minded-presence. Balance directness with nice, easy to be around type of leadership style.
- Being able to talk to leadership, presentation skills.
