Brand Manager, Contract

Function:
Deliver priority segment sales, share and profit objective and/or lead long term strategic innovation including expand/explore. Continue to coach marketing execution and gain expertise in priority capabilities. Strategic priority segment positioning responsibility as it relates to overall brand equity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the business strategic and annual budget planning
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Lead the development of significant base and/or innovation projects
• Work with International Markets, as applicable
• Manage A&P, reporting, tracking, forecasting and budgeting for portfolio.
• Provide coaching and leadership to ABM's


Develop segment business strategies that align to the role the segment plays within the overall Divisional Business Strategy.Develop and ensure execution against the segment priorities (based on the segment strategy).
Lead ideation effort and translation of insights into offerings to address the insights.
Lead and/or sponsor projects, gain alignment on criteria, remove roadblocks for team, and ensure cross functional project leads are aligned to and meeting milestones.
Manage multiple sources of insight information (both data and research) that will aid in the analysis and conclusions on consumer/shopper insights generated. Identify and recommend appropriate research.
Lead business analysis efforts for the segment to make conclusions/recommendations that support business initiatives and priorities.
Ensure execution of equity elements within brand segment and/or new products.Lead packaging briefs (both graphics & structural) and major CAB development.
Lead execution of package graphics, design, and communication tactics for segment. Oversee feedback to the agencies in line with decision rights
Provide strategic support for Tier 2 & 3 Customers; working closely with customer marketing to strategically align customer strategies with divisional strategies to drive business growth profitably.
