Brand Manager

• Execute the long term innovation strategy and develop innovation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages concept development and feasibility assessment of commercialization process for New Product Platform, Flavor Extension, New Pack Platform and New Size.
• Assess fit with growth strategy and Sufficiency Report
• Plan and support concept testing
• Conduct feasibility assessment
Maintain connectivity with Global
• Ensure commercialization projects involving a Global Brand and/or a Global Technology Platform are aligned with Global standards (e.g., Global Menu Cards, IIM Pillar)
• Partner with GCT on compliance to the Global standards and escalate exceptions for approval
• Manage collaboration between the Global and Regional network.
Develop sufficiency report with support from Marketing Analytics
• Assess impact to the longer-term pipeline goals based on the sufficiency report
• Align with Marketing on longer-term pipeline for I2M / Commercialization
Support IBP process and PMR meeting.
• Review and provide Innovation inputs to forecast to support IBP process
• Prepare materials for, and lead, PMR meeting
• Identify and support innovation elements of gap closing tactics
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in brand marketing
• Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity
• Analytic and creative thinking skills
• Solid business acumen and marketing capabilities
• Strong cross functional partnership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of Sales and customer issues
