Brand Manager

We have a client that is seeking a full-time Brand Manager to join their team. The Brand Manager's responsibility will be to Increase sales profitability through strategic development of our client's brand categories assigned, designing and implementing Marketing strategies, programs and best practices appropriate for financial health and growth across all channels. PACKAGED GOODS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE PREFERRED!

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to Director of Marketing

Core Responsibilities: (not intended to be all inclusive)

 In collaboration with executive team, create brand building strategy in alignment with corporate
growth objectives; responsible for execution of same
 Conduct in-depth SKU performance analysis for existing and new products; analyzing trends and historical results for SKU rationalization. Recommend pricing strategies, and identify GM opportunities and threats
 Improve marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging and managing new product development in collaboration with R&D, Education and Operations.
 Identify and develop tools for brand growth/recognition across trade & consumer channels; responsible for execution and management of related activities to brand standards.
 Initiate creation of assets related to brand building, including merchandising guidelines, sales materials, brand presentations, sales and consumer data reports, and other corporate branding campaigns.
 Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and obstacles. Collect, analyze and
summarize data. Maintain Performance vs Competitor Matrix.
 Assist Sales team with creation and implementation of customer specific plans, assessing fit with brand strategy, costs, feasibility, and timing.
 Communicate Sales & Marketing initiatives inter-company to ensure awareness and understanding of Eufora brand activities and positioning in marketplace.
 Attend corporate events, and perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Position Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree, or greater, in Marketing, Communications or related field
 Exceptional project and time management skills
 Ability to interpret financial analysis
 Ability to work in a collaborative environment
 Strong skills in market research and analysis
 Advanced word processing, spreadsheet and presentation skills
 Polished oral and written communication skills
 Knowledge of beauty or fashion industry a plus
