Working in collaboration with the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager will help execute the vision, strategy, and key initiatives for assigned brands. Responsible for development and launch of new products based on defined company & brand architectures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Will assist in the development and implementation of short and long-term marketing objectives and strategies. Participates in the development and leads the execution of brand plans and tactics to deliver against agreed upon brand and business goals.
· Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in the development of brand positioning and strategy.
· Responsible for all aspects of new product launches inclusive of working with cross functional teams including R&D, Finance, Legal, Planning/Operations, and Marketing Services,
· Development of cost, packaging, pricing & promotional strategy of new products and create efficient project timelines and ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
· Develop marketing plans that are aligned with brand architecture with a basic understanding of levers within P&L to be able to efficiently grow brand from top and bottom.
· Participates in the creative development process and execution of all national and local advertising campaigns. Assists in the development of TV, radio, print, outdoor and digital media advertising.
· Leads day-to-day brand budget management including SPR’s, check requests, PO and invoice processes. Ensures that dollars are allocated and spent in an efficient and effective manner within budgetary parameters. Responsible for maintaining these budgets throughout the year, balancing expenditures against volume and profitability expectations.
· Work with Sales & Trade Marketing teams to develop growth strategies for brand across key accounts.
