Our client seeks a Brand Manager to drive integrated Marketing programs for Enterprise Software across the North America Commercial Business. The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving growth plans including sales enablement plays and programs – and will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, BI, Messaging/Marcom, and Segment Marketing. This role will report to the S&P/Enterprise Infrastructure Marketing Director for North America.
Role Responsibilities
• Drive integrated marketing programs supporting the 3rd party volume licensing Enterprise SW business including Cloud, Virtualization, and Security offerings
• Drive targeted programs and plays that enable pipeline, revenue and margin in support of end-to-end customer solutions
• Establish and drive quarterly growth plans and report on progress and metrics to Sales and Marketing leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Segment Marketing, and Marcom teams to craft customer centric collateral for the Sales teams and recommend/execute sales enablement programs
• Deliver concise, high quality, relevant communications (written and verbal) to the sales organization to optimize impact and effectiveness of marketing programs
• Apply broad knowledge of 3rd party Enterprise SW business and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and related tactics
• Oversees the evaluation of analysis of market data and customer purchase data to identify programmatic activity to expand share of wallet and increase cross-LOB conversion.
• Liaison with key partners on the planning and execution of programs and work-streams focusing on driving growth with mid-market customers
• Collaborate with Solutions Marketing teams to facilitate integration of 3rd party SW into Solutions as appropriate to address customer pain points and drive growth.
• Support margin improvement initiatives such as improved SW Renewals and Registration processes
