Fortune 500 Pharmacutical Client in Northern NJ is seeking a Brand Manager for an exciting contract opportunity! This individual will be responsible for managing various projects on the business as required. This will involve directing and controlling internal and external resources so as to achieve sales, share, and profit objectives within agreed budgets and timelines.

Major Accountabilities:
-Participate in global brand team (if applicable)
-Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans
-Identify consumer/brand knowledge gaps and effectively utilize market research results
-Oversee management of brand forecast and budget
-Mange/lead cross functional projects including internal and external partners/agencies
-Ability to work with and lead a cross functional team
-Solid analytical skills including financial, forecast and data analysis
-Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate analysis into strategy
-Identify opportunities for new or improved Products/Programs
-Provide brand direction to sales organization and category management
-Conduct ongoing competitive and market situation analysis
-Identifies new business building opportunities and participates in new product development as part of the Brand Team
-Responsible for the development of consumer advertising/communication and promotions
-Develop and control brand
-Manage and develop direct report (if applicable)

Skills/Qualifications:
-Broad knowledge of Brand Management, sales and marketing techniques, market research data sources and applications.
-3-5 years consumer package goods experience required.
-MBA preferred.
-3-5 years consumer package goods or Rx marketing experience preferred.
-Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
