Brand Manager

Periodically, our clients in the Wilmington, DE area request top notch Brand Managers for long-term assignments and we'd love to be able to consider you for future opportunities!

Business Responsibilities:
•Work with Brand Strategists and external agency partners to develop a suite of marketing communications to support a key business imperative
•Develop creative briefs and act as primary liaison w/ creative agencies and/or internal copywriters and designers
•Review creative assets for multichannel, integrated campaigns with great attention to detail, ensuring all touch points ladder to strategy
•Develop mastery of Brand standards and apply them broadly across touch points, implementing best practices according to channel
•Obtain all necessary approvals from internal stakeholders, including legal and compliance partners•
•Partner with a project manager to ensure timely hand-offs of multiple batches of creative assets and document necessary approvals
•Leverage consumer insights and infuse them into all campaign deliverables
•Attend, and where applicable, conduct meetings with partner groups to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines

Experience:
•4-year degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business); MBA Preferred.
•5+ years of experience in a brand management, marketing or advertising role.

Skills / Knowledge:
•Proven track record of developing compelling, high-performing marketing communications across channels, including web, direct mail, email, collateral.
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholder feedback and drive to resolution in timely manner
•Great attention to detail and organization skills
•Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently
•Ability to quickly ramp up on expectations of client.
•Financial services experience a plus.

Technical Knowledge:
•Proficiency in MS Office
