Hasbro Gaming has an immediate need for best-in-class global marketing talent for our Preschool Gaming team. We are looking for an effective, fun, positive change-agent who is passionate about Preschool gaming and creating break-frame marketing programs for our classic games. In this critical role, you will partner with the cross-functional team on all phases of product development as well as work closely with markets around the world to develop and execute innovative marketing plans for globally recognized brands such as Operation, Guess Who, Candy Land, and others. As such, a successful candidate will need to be a proactive, collaborative, and responsive team leader who, with a mindset that combines strong creative acumen with analytic based judgment, will build and leverage best practices to drive the Preschool Gaming business to meet and/or exceed brand goals.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing
  • Develop extensive category plans for Preschool gaming brands, ensuring the brands have a meaningful long term consumer position and are poised to achieve maximum volume profit/growth.
  • Analyze core products, brand and category performance in addition to demonstrating an ability to leverage comprehensive understanding of competitive products.
  • Develop primary communication vehicles in advertising, PR, digital, etc.
  • Contribute to the overall entertainment and licensing strategy of the brand through development of successful relationships with potential promotional partners and brands.
  • Create go-to-market template to deliver global marketing to regional level


    • Product Development

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow higher margin businesses through innovative preschool gaming concepts.
  • Drive product innovations through the system to better meet consumer demands, leveraging global insights to impact and shape product lines.
  • Develop overall go-to-market product strategy by partnering with global supply chain to identify programs to decrease development costs and gain efficiencies where applicable to meet on-shelf/quantity requirements.
  • Collaborate with global brand strategy and marketing team in the development of all special and exclusive products.





    Critical Skills:

  • Ability to demonstrate creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Demonstration of fluency in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Creative, Digital, PR, licensors, etc.)
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track, and embrace change.
  • Strong project management and problem solving abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling time constraints and stay within budget parameters.
  • Ability to quickly master internal operational systems (P2M, HDM, POS, etc.)
  • Well-developed verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Business and financial acumen, including strong analytical skills.
