Our client is looking for a strong Brand Manager to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Details as follows:


 Support VP of Marketing in development of strategic plan
 Responsible for the execution of annual marketing plan
 Support internal sales force and associates brokers
 Act as primary contact for all category buyers
 Consistently drive brand equity development

Specific actions:

o Continually search for new, industry-specific opportunities within creative and lifestyle aspects to ensure relevant and strategic positioning of brand
o Applies a deep understanding of consumer segmentation, category drivers, and behavioral premises
o Review and direct design of marketing materials to ensure quality and design standards
o Become an expert in category dynamics and landscape, developing actionable insights to position the brand for growth
o Leverages analytical assessments to assist with multi-generation strategic business plans
o Gather information via various research methods to support the development of long- term brand strategy including objectives, positioning, consumer targeting, and marketing plans
o Analyzes and integrates diverse, multi-source data at a category, brand, business and customer level to make actionable recommendations
o Leverages market research to improve proposition quality and co-develops sustainable P&L
o Ensure flawless development and execution of brand marketing tactics and activations, with a focus on non-traditional advertising/promotion
o Work cross functionally with Director of Digital and E-Comm, creative and media agencies
o Work cross functionally with Director of Product Development on new product concepts and go-to market plans via proven stage gate process
o Possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape across accounts
o Tracks business progress.
