Brand Manager

Aquent has an immediate need for a Brand Manager with a top-tier Fortune 500 company. This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will lead the process of bringing new products to life across the North American portfolio. Main responsibilities include decision making on product formulation, leadership of consumer validation, graphics and on-pack marketing execution, managing forecast and production financials and ensuring flawless sell in to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage execution of product, package and sell in per the North American innovation strategy. This includes:
• Support the development of the business case and feasibility assessment for innovation
• Secure key project approvals from North American leadership
• Manage key decisions about product and package for new products
• Lead development of packaging graphics and approvals
• Lead sales communications and sell in for innovation agenda
• Execute all production and launch activities.
• Conduct post-project evaluations as needed

Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand marketing
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity
• Analytic and creative thinking skills
• Strong business acumen and marketing capabilities
• Strong cross functional partnership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of Sales and Customer issues.
