Brand Manager - with Video Game Marketing experience!

Seeking a video game experienced Brand Manager! Our client seeks a Brand Manager who can inspire and lead a cross-functional team from creative concept to meticulous and efficient execution of strategic product plans and programs. This is a contract-to-hire role, full-time, onsite. Experience in video game marketing and launching a video game is a MUST!

• You lead by example. You have a solid work ethic and know how to collaborate and share so the whole team wins. You are ambitious but not self-centered. Oh and don’t take yourself too seriously.
• You know when to say “I don’t know” and are a passionate learner who proactively seeks out the best answers from all available resources.
• You are a sophisticated gamer. Not only do you have a story about the first time you played a video game, but you are eagerly and regularly checking out the gaming landscape, making predictions, and having meaningful discussions about the industry.
• You have technical marketing expertise. You know how to build a strategic plan based on goals, consumer insights and brand values. You are adept at lifecycle management, analyzing KPI’s, and ensuring that your products are well-positioned and viable.
• You are a creative visionary – You know how to concept original ideas that are consistent with the core product pillars. You can manage the game asset pipeline (trailers, screenshots. Livestreams, memes…) and ensure high quality and timely delivery.
• You know how to TCOB. That’s right. You are able to identify opportunities, assess risk, and evaluate partnerships to expand sales and reach. In general, you can make smart, informed decisions that positively impact the product and move the business forward.
