TITLE: Coordinator, Brand Engagement – Marketing
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTING TO: Director, Global Brand Engagement
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for coordinating the development and executing North American Promotions, Events & Partnerships that drive traffic, sales and buzz throughout the year while strengthening brand platform and creating long-term customer loyalty.

In role, he/she will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the North America brand promotional strategy- managing the global visual calendar, managing budget forecasts and reconciliation, coordinating schedules and meetings and routing materials for approval by various partners in Marketing and other functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calendar
• Own the global visual calendar – updating with visual assets weekly (sourced from creative teams and the BR Studio) and distributing across Marketing and to regional and channel partners
Budget
• Partner with Brand Engagement team leaders to keep budget updated and forecasts accurate each month
• Partner with BR Finance and BR Production to provide budget forecasts and address questions (or liaise back with team to provide answers)
• Update system with new vendor information
• Cut P.O.’s and route for approvals
Scheduling/Routing/Approvals
• Partner with BR Production to understand key deadlines and develop schedules to move Brand Engagement programs from briefing to approvals
• Calendar meetings to review creative and document agreements/next steps
• Revise calendars, as needed, to accommodate schedule changes or creative development needs
• Route work to involved parties within Marketing and across functions (Store Operations, Legal) for input, approvals and proofing
Key Relationships
• Numerous relationships with key internal business partners – Brand Communications, PR, Production, Store Operations, BR Field Organization, and Legal
• Key liaison with numerous outside vendors in the planning and execution of programs and events
