Brand Designer (Marketing 6037793)

This Brand Designer will be part of an internal agency, Brand creative team. This person will partner with designers, copywriters and the account management team to create engaging, brand-consistent design concepts and executions for print and digital projects. Designer must be able to take direction from Art Directors or Sr. Designers while aligning to our Brand client’s objectives.


Position requirements:

• 4-6 years graphic design experience; agency or in-house experience a plus
• Solid understanding of print design, including layout, pre-press and working with print vendors
• Solid understanding of basic web design knowledge
• Understanding of brand development, evolution and application
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator specifically)

• Are good natured and have an ego-free personality and approach to design
• Have a meticulous attention to detail
• Possess an excellent visual design aesthetic and have an sharp eye for typography and clean layouts
• Work well in a highly collaborative team structure
• Understand how to be effective and adapt in a fast-moving and/or changing environment with varying tasks, responsibilities or people
• Are self-motivated and work well unsupervised
• Have excellent verbal communication skills and confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, solid time management skills and a willingness to pitch in and help whenever necessary
• Must have a strong interest in design trends
• Like to laugh and have fun at work while being productive

Collaborative, open work environment; dog bone cubes. Encourage everyone to work in the office but okay with periodically working from home. We are a casual group that works hard but has fun doing it.
