Brand Design, Analyst III

The Senior Designer Analyst will be responsible for the design of all creative and visual communications of branding, digital and mobile experience. The Senior Designer will make sure all creative content is delivered in a timely manner and develop concepts from beginning to completion and will be highly collaborative, self-motivated, detail oriented. Experienced in graphic design, web design, HTML code, landing pages, banners, email campaigns, brochures, newsletters, presentations, mobile experience, and other visual needs for our client. The incumbent will support and work together with the Brand and Communications Design Manager to ensure the brand is represented to its true high standards and to bring innovation among all our client's visual needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all visual, and digital creative development and execution for marketing materials from PPT presentations, Microsites, Landing Pages, Newsletters, Dealer Bulletins, Hero Images, Banners, Online Advertising, Email Campaigns, Interactive Presentations, Training Materials, Posters, Motion Graphics, print collaterals, illustrations and any other visual need for Mobile and eBusiness, Marketing and other HCA departments.
Works with a cross-departmental teams, maintain and develop the visual communications while following the brand guidelines.
Manage and coordinate assets and oversee the brand is followed by vendors.
Responsible for the design, look and feel, and any other needed visual graphics for the client's website and mobile sprints.
Support the Digital team to deliver requested comps and html files in a timely.
Design landing pages and provide HTML support and solutions to technical team.
Manages development and implementation of digital content while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all visual properties
Ensures consistency of communications throughout websites and other channels.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

Identify functional and technical knowledge, skills and key competencies that are essential to perform this job.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various aspects of design; print, mobile or website and various aspects of design.
Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Cloud and Microsoft software.
Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, CSS.
Knowledge of Web site structure and functionality.
Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Motion Graphics experience a plus.

Education and Experience

BA/BS or specialized design degree, related degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: Graphic, Visual, Website, Digital and Mobile.
